State Street is the corridor that works whether your job is downtown or out toward the tech campuses. You’re ten or fifteen minutes from St. Luke’s, Saint Alphonsus, HP, and the Albertsons HQ, and the bus rapid transit line is only making it easier.
It’s mostly singles and couples out here, and the pet rate is high, so it’s a genuinely pet-friendly part of town, not pet-friendly with an asterisk. Good value for how central it is.
