I’ve lived under table rock property management for about 4 years, have been in the Aspen apartments for almost 3. Tamra is so quick to answer any questions, comments, or concerns and the maintenance team reaches out super quickly for any of our needs. I have 0 complaints from my time here. My fiancée and I have been able to save up to buy a house and we are sad to be leaving, but we are so happy for whoever ends up in our apartment because we know it will be a perfect space for them. So many great memories have been made with this community and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to settle down with my fiancée.
The staff at The Aspen has been extremely kind and professional and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When we needed to find a new place immediately, they offered us a same day visit at their units, processed our application that day and we had keys within days. They truly go above and beyond for their tenants. The community manager, Tamra Whitehouse, has always responded to our emails and inquiries, always making sure we have what we need. The maintenance supervisor, Caleb, always calls to make sure it is a good time to drop by and thoroughly explains the process for any repairs and has always been excellent. Out of all the places I've lived, the staff at The Aspen makes sure you truly feel at home and treats you like family. They are prompt and professional and I absolutely love where I live and those who manage my property. Thank you for all you!
Since day one Tamra has been so good to us! I am the kind of person that hates to bother for maintenance issues etc., especially a very busy person like Tamra! When we have a maintenance issue Tamra never makes me feel as if I’m a bother or that she is too busy for my call. I definitely don’t feel as if I am renting a “unit”, I always feel as if this is my home, especially in comparison to my previous rental. Thank you Tamra. Caleb is our maintenance worker and he is always kind, he is definitely on the ball and he is always thorough. I always feel comfortable letting him into our home. They are a great team! I am glad to be here!!!
